Where is your kid waiting to hear from this week?

Clemson is coming out on Thursday. I think I’m more nervous than DD. She applied with a major that gives in state tuition through the common market and it would take so much pressure off us financially if she gets in. She seems relaxed as she’s already in other schools and doesn’t have the financial strain over her head! But I’m on pins and needles over here!

Oof. We’re in a similar situation and it’s so tough. My daughter was looking at me funnily at dinner last night and I swore she could see the stress. Best of luck!

DS just got his acceptance to GMU honors college!

congrats. My DD graduated from GMU. She loved her time there. Several of her friends were in the honors college and never regretted going there.

Deferred at Swarthmore. Oh well. We didn’t expect her to get in. Still a bummer.

I remember getting deferred then ultimately rejected at Princeton. It stung, but I think I wound up at a better school for me personally in the end. She will wind up somewhere great!

I'm sorry to tell you this but Clemson is no longer including undergraduate students as of Fall 2024. I'm sorry.
