Very good comparison. And that one did not end well.

He loved her until the day she died and managed her funeral.

Yea but they broke up because he was jealous and abusive.

Agree with the other poster--he seems fun and he has a great smile and those creases at his eyes. oh and his blue eyes too. I can see why she's smitten. Who cares if it doesn't last! have fun Taylor!

I could have written this - wowsers is right. It is the smile and the creases at his eyes.

When he talks, though, he goes from a 10+ to a 7. His personality seems like Putty from Seinfeld.

Yeah, but his actual voice is so awesome.

He’s going to put a baby in her real soon.

Taylor would never. If she decides to have a kid it’s not going to be with some fling with a fraction of her net worth.

Please. They probably are doing it so often that she’s going to be preggers in a month

There are only so many who have as much money...

Yea but she literally doesn’t need any if she wants to be a parent (which do we even know she does?). She’s approaching billionaire status she could use a sperm donor and hire a brigade of Nannies to help. She likes control she’s not going to put herself in a situation to be paying someone tons of child support or end up like her friend Sophie battling to move her kid where she wants.

That sounds like a lonely life. I would rather be a normie than have all the money in the world but not have a family and live terrified that loved ones were using me for my fortune. It’s fine if she doesn’t want to get married or have kids… but if she’s choosing fame and wealth over that, it’s sad.

Another reason I am so relieved she is off the British guys, trans Atlantic custody is a nightmare. Where would he want to settle down? The Midwest or a big city, either could work for her- probably both. Reminds me I dated alll types and liked a lot of foreign guys including almost moving overseas. In the end, when Mr. All American walked up, I knew he was the one. It’s nice to feel settled.

I saw a comment that he must have played Getaway Car when he turned on his convertible and that made her throw her head back laughing. And the friendship bracelet took some time to make, like name a guy doing something handmade to ask a famous woman out? He seems really thoughtful which is very similar to her.

They were only married 9 months but remained friends.

There eventually will be a power imbalance. He won’t be able to handle being on of the best football players of his time and in her shadow. He’ll want her to shrink for his ego, she won’t, it will end year 4.

4 years sounds ambitious. Based on the level of attention, I give it 4 months. If the Chiefs make it to the Superbowl, that will be their swan song. If they don't, it will be over sooner.

What healthy relationship involves this much public scrutiny?

She’s a serial dater and he is getting so much attention he can’t break up definitely not before the superbowl.

Besides in season i’m lucky to see each other once or twice a week.

WTF is a serial dater?

It’s someone who has multiple long term monogamous relationships but never marries. They also don’t do one nighters or short term dating.

"Never marries"

Until they do

So the abusive thing is NBD to you? Nice

Why? Honest question, not being snarky. I love living a simple family life, it makes me happy and I'd never want to be famous. People are allowed to be happy, and just because their happiness is different than yours or even mine, doesn't make it sad or wrong.

I only meant if she wants to have a marriage/family but can’t get over trust issues or whatever, that would be sad. If her life makes her happy that’s great.

Based on her song and her excitement about the history of her Westerly, RI house, I think TS identifies closely with the former owner of the mansion. The woman's husband died and then she did what she wanted. I don't think TS will burn through all her money like the previous mansion owner, but there are some striking similarities and TS seems to find them intriguing.

And upset the next leg of her tour? Highly doubtful. Taylor has no desire to be a Mom.

Based on one song out of her entire catalog when she has said that specific album is based mostly on fiction? Mmm kay.
