I have to agree JR academically for 9th is meh. Teachers lackluster, except history and foreign language for my kid. Biomed is a grind but random and uninspiring (a lot of memorization and academy requirements that limit what other specials you can take). Ended up dropping. Horrible math teacher. My outgoing kid enjoys the school socially and got a mix of mostly As and some Bs.
