She is allowed to talk and post about her faith online. Somehow she’s the person you are singling out as a grifter because she’s “posting online.”

If one professes Christian then that person is born again. If you believe being born again is extreme, then you believe that all of Christianity is extreme. That is your prerogative but for those seeking to understand people that follow Christ, rebirth is a requirement.
