Then amend the constitution. Why is that such a hard concept for you? |
Too bad so many of your fellow GQPers don't think so. |
Gladly Or we can confirm SCOTUS justices that respect roe. Either way.. pro choice candidates are the winning ticket. Why is that such a hard concept for you? |
I think the issue is none of your business in any state. Give me a break. |
Supreme Court justices don’t make laws despite what Dem/Libs want to think. Their job is to interpret laws per the Constitution. Either Congress needs to codify abortion in a law or an amendment needs to be passed. If you have the numbers you claim to have and that a Rep will never win the WH again, then this shouldn’t be a problem for the Dems. |
As a citizen who votes and pays taxes that fund Planned Parenthood, it is my business. But keep trying….you may eventually get there. |
Are you referring to SCOTUS justices that don’t even know what a woman is? If they don’t know what a woman is how could they possibly make decisions about abortion or ROE? Oh wait, according to you libs, men can get pregnant too. |
And this issue is no different. Babies are expensive. |
But not in cases where the woman was a slut |
The strange thing about this conversation is that I’m conservative but I’m actually pro-choice up to a certain point. I don’t think the govt should tell women what to do with their bodies. But I respect the Constitution and our founders were wise enough to allowour Constitution to be amended based on the issues of the times. The SCOTUS knew the original Roe v Wade was fundamentally flawed in the reasoning behind that verdict (citing privacy laws). In fact I think RBG even agreed it was flawed. This SCOTUS corrected that with its overturning and left it to the states where it should be until an Amendment is passed. |
I had the right and now it is gone because the justices changed. Look it up |
You can have all the abortions you want under China’s rule - mandatory in fact! |
As a citizen that just had my rights trampled, it is none of your business. Stay out of it with your money, taxes, religious values and all the rest. It is not your concern...never was and never will be |
Blah blah blah. We will elect pro choice candidates to fight for this important right. Too bad |
More blah blah blah. Keep trying too too hard with this and failing |
