How would you be eating if you follow your healthy long-lived relatives ?

Maternal Grandmother had heart issues since a small child. One of the first to have heart surgery. Lived to 89, smoked like a fish, and coffee in an iced carafe sat next to her all-day wasn't over weight ever, eating habits nothing special.

Paternal side Grandma 4 feet 8 inches tall, Over 200 pds, Burger king, Pizza, McDonald's, Chinese food etc candy chips daily lived to 94 never smoked never drank. No real health issues ever.

It doesn't seem to be the only answer.

I wonder what year the processed food eating 94 year old granny died. Our food is even more processed now than it was a few years ago; I don’t think things like Burger King and takeout Chinese were ever healthy but they’re worse now and if she didn’t start eating that way till later in life… I love junk food. I just think that most of us are referencing people who died a few years ago and whose food vices were in general healthier than they are now.
