Current non supervisory GS14. Should I become GS15 supervisor?

Definitely, but having that management experience helps


That management experience doesn't mean anything because it has no creativity.

No-one wants all that headache for $10K extra/year, much less after taxes.

yeah, there are a few available. Honestly, I would rather take a 14 and the job I like rather than an administrative non-supervisory 15.
