Ok and there are many Asians who are not. That also includes white, Latino, etc…. Your point is?

PP above is correct. Change the admission policy to affect the racial make up of a school, parents will say the above which is true.

Calling everyone a racist as a blanket statement when people have issues with lowering standards doesn’t help anyone and actually weakens the stance.
