We have 15 total—-
1 black 2 spanish 1 Brazilian 1 Indian 4 Asian 6 white |
| We have: 1 Black, 2 Asians and 15 Whites. |
|
We got
3 kids who should be at better club 6 kids who are fine 4 kids who should be on B team 2 kids always eat too un-fit to contribute. 1 kid always injured 1 shouldn't be playing sports (managers kid) |
|
We got
3 kids that are good 1 that is fair 17 that are in the wrong league. Unsurprisingly, we’ve not won a game yet. Oh and 10% black, 12% Latino, 8% Asian, 70% white/other so we mirror the US population well. |
It’s just the reality of being Asian or any minority in America. Most Asian stereotypes are negative in nature so it’s not worth the effort to debate. I always tell him to take it out on the pitch, make the commenter look silly. |
Lol, you need some education….. 1 black 3 Latin Americans 5 Asians 6 whites |
What, do you work for the Census Bureau or the local D&I chapter? Let em categorize as they see fit. It’s all made up anyhow. There are more genetic differences between each human being than their are between races in aggregate. Racism isn’t racism. It is classism and characteristic-ism. It is how you look and sound and not how you actually are. |
| I would prefer more diversity for my multi-race kid (the only non-white kid) but ultimately the commute mattered more to me and now I feel stuck since he likes his team mates and coaches. |
mm Stuck? |
New Poster here and maybe I'm not as well educated as some but I do not call Indians Asians even though India is in Asia. Same with Middle Easterners. Indians and Middle Easterners give a much better picture. |
+1000000000 I like this last post and at this time and space in humanity we shouldn’t be talking about diversity. The world has changed we are a new form of humans mixed if that is easier for you to understand. We need to stop talking “race”. Those who don’t want to open their eyes are living in the past. |
Why do you hate VDA? |
Wrong thread LOL. |
| Did anyone see the thread about the Asian female high school player from Einstein HS being harassed by kids from Sherwood HS? This is why diversity in sports matters. |
| no, but inclusion does. |
