this chart is not completely up to date...doesn't list the arlington clinic on wilson, etc.

Agree, this chart is way out of date as the clinics are rapidly changing. However, the page is useful because the links (where it says "Contact" after each county) direct you to the county websites, which have the updated info. So don't rely on the chart, but use the links.
