i am trying to get my charter school to better cover IVF. right now we have coverage only if we've been trying for 2 years or had a specific diagnosis (such as endo, MFI, or blocked tubes). because we are unexplained we are trying to get coverage that would cover us without having to wait two full years.
i think my argument will be stronger if i can say "look, ___ charter school has better coverage" or "DCPS teachers don't have to wait two years." but that info is not readily available online (even though i can easily see which DCPS plans cover IVF and which exclude it altogether." basically, my question is to teachers -- if your insurance covers IVF, what does it require of you before it will cover your IVF? |
