What does getting FluMist feel like?

I want to be able to tell my child. I'm assuming it feels like a squirt of something inside your nose... but I've never gotten one. Anything else I should say?

It feels like nose spray but much less wet. More like just sniffing to smell a flower or whatever. My 3 year old had it one year and did just fine. If you want to practice, get some saline nose spray and let her practice sniffing that a couple times before you go to the doctors.

IMO not as bad as a saline nose spray -- not as wet and "spray" ey. My overly sensitive child didn't mind it at all -- and he minds everything.
