is anyone vaccinating parents (who are not in a high risk group but have young children who are)?

or do parents have to wait until the next round of vaccines are delivered?

If you have children under 6 months old, you are in a CDC priority group. I heard on the radio tonight though that not all centers can vaccinate all priority groups the first time around.

Yes most clinics are initially limiting vaccines to certain priority groups, primarily children and pregnant women. So need to find a place that is open to all CDC priority groups. I think the Montgomery County ones are all groups. You can call to confirm.
