| We just got a new Weber grill and would love to start using it regularly. What are you favorite foods to grill? |
|
Anything! We are from NE and grill year round, we get some funny looks from our neighbors in January!
I love Flank steak, tri tip steak for steak tips and any or the normal cuts for a good steak night Beer can chicken Pizzas Potatoes (just like roasted in the oven but in tin foil) Corn (helps if you soak in water for about an hour first) About once a year I grill/smoke a big piece of pork for BBQ Marinated chicken breasts Salmon stuffed with lemon slices and fresh herbs on a ceader plank |

You could really grill just about anything. I love grilled shrimp. I love kabobs. I also love just plain bbqed chicken breasts.
On special occasions sometimes we'll use a cedar plank to grill fish on top of... so good. |
| All types of fish. So healthy and so tasty. |
I second the beer can chicken. And we love grilled peaches (not really in season now!). Cut peaches in half, remove the pit, fill the whole with honey and sprinkle some cinnamon on. Serve with vanilla ice cream...uhm

Corn , husk, add butter, garlic or even red pepper and wrap in foil.
Chicken breasts with veggies wrapped in foil. Salmon with a glaze Big basket of vegetables Steak Peaches are good grilled too! |
| Garlic bread, hamburgers. Put quaterted red potatoes in a bag with olive oil garlic and some herbs shake and then grill in a basket. Works with mushrooms and zucchini too. |
| Asparagus and eggplant are my favorites. I add the eggplant to my Indian spicy eggplant recipe. So much better than when it's roasted in the oven. |
