Can you get H1N1 if you have a cold?

My docs office is swamped and I can't get an answer. My 2 year old has a cold and we were planning on going to one of the DC H1N1 vax clinics. Can anyone tell me if this is an issue?

My ped's office said it's ok as long as there's no fever. Someone on another post, however, said Arlington is weeding out those with colds, regardless of fever. Who knows at this point!

I think it is no for the flumist, which is what most clinics have. OK for injectable.

My son had a runny nose today, so they took his temperature before giving the shot. Since he had no fever, they gave it to him.
