My 3rd grade DC was assigned to an AAP teacher but is not in AAP

DC gets level 2 services only. I thought (level IV) AAP kids were together in class. I’m not complaining but wonder if this is a mistake?

Sounds like a typo.

Was he placed there by the principal? Or perhaps it was a mistake.

(Other than my kids teacher, I don't know who the AAP teachers are.)

It was handwritten on the letter and it’s online as well.

No

That's how random and arbitrary these AAP decisions are ...

Principals pupil place students in LLIV classes.

Same at our center school. Some kids in level 3 were put in AAP a week ago. Balancing of numbers. And it just proves that most kids can do AAP just fine no matter what some committee decides.

Are you sure that this teacher is teaching AAP this year? They switch sometimes.

my kid now has 6 or 7 pupil placed kids in their AAP class as of this week. I don’t think it will matter at all. Apparently it happens more than people are aware. I guess the county now saves money of not having to hire another teacher. Budget Budget.

What exactly is your role at this AAP center that you would know this?
