We need a new outdoor patio dining set--a rectangular table with 4 chairs and a bench. We have 3 kids so it needs to be sturdy. We aren't the best with taking care of our outdoor furniture so I'd prefer something that's not a natural wood.
We were thinking of buying from Ikea, but I'm concerned it's not sturdy enough. Any recommendations? |
| Sears. I have a patio set that I bought in 2001 that still looks great. I’ve replaced the umbrella once or twice over the years, but the table and chairs still look great. |
| I looked at IKEAs and I did not think sturdy enough. I purchased from clearance at Belfort. I got a solid teak table at a fraction of the price. |

| Start walking the floors at the big box stores - home depot, lowes, sears, etc. This stuff is all getting marked down at this time of year. Estate/moving sales are also a great source because people don't often move patio furniture. I got all our wrought iron that way. |
