Considering to take on a new build to get the house of my dreams. I really like a Craftsman/Art&Crafts style home. Who are your favorite builders in the area? Also looking to spend under $1.5M for all costs.

Does $1.5 include lot?

If so, you'll have to go down market to Stanley Martin, NDI, or Relux.
