| What foods do you give your DC when they are sick? TIA. |

In general:
chicken noodle soup (in Disney shapes) apple cider or apple juice fruit & juice bars when dairy is OK: grilled cheese mac & cheese yogurt ice cream age of DC? What kind of illness? answers might vary depending on this info. |

Last time DH and DC were sick, I made chicken soup from scratch, and added light noodles when serving - they loved it, and it did a good job rehydrating them without upsetting their stomachs.
Of course, when I was sick before that, DH came home and put a pizza in the oven... Sigh. I think I have to stock ready-made chicken noodle soup and tell DH to use those when I am sick! Or make a preventative batch of home-made and freeze it... |

I especially like Korean style chicken soup. It's supposed to have "medicinal" qualities.

| PHO....I LOVE IT! If you put the red hot sauce in it, it will loosen anything up (that and the heat of the soup) My 2 yr old loves it! |
