Do any DC-area banks have multiple currency accounts?

We've just moved here from overseas where our bank offered a multiple currency account--savings in dollars, Euros, GBP, RMB, JPY--whatever. We could transfer / convert between accounts on the fly rather easily.

Are there any banks in DC that offer foreign currency denominated accounts?

Citibank offers this, but you need to have accounts worth a couple 100k to qualify.

JP Morgan Chase is opening up branches in DC and Maryland and they do it.
