It's hard to organize rec tournaments - requires a lot of man hours to set up, market, and promote. Rec teams don't have much $ to spend either on tournaments. So there are only a few in the area, who have been running them for a very long time. Herndon is one, FPYC is another. Arlington also runs one I think.

IMHO, Herndon > FPYC. Just a better experience.
