I usually sell my kids clothes on ebay twice per year - once before the summer, and once before the Fall. Gives me some play money that I usually use to buy my own clothes.

I did airbnb the last two years (didn't do it this year because I got too busy).

Signed up be a bird and lime charger, but haven't gotten around to doing it. You can make some decent extra cash if you have the time and energy.

I buy things in consignment shops and then sell them on EBay or CL. If you've got a good eye for quality and value you make pretty good money.

I do this as well and sell on Poshmark, eBay, and niche Instagrams. I net about $4000/year and enjoy my side gig. Day job is nursing.

I like refinishing furniture so I can buy something used for $50-100, invest 2-3 hours plus sandpaper and paint and sell it for $300-500.

Sell clothes on Poshmark both my own that I don't wear anymore and stuff that I buy to flip. I think I have a good eye for it so have made some decent cash with minimal effort. I put my profits into a vacation fund.

I understrand if you don't want to share because you don't want to encourage competition, but how do you find the writing gigs? Is there a website somewhere that posts free lance gigs like this?

Word of mouth usually. Price depends on the project.

at my ped's office, I get requests to have my kids participate in studies (compensating us typically 150$ or 200$ for our time). they've not been harmful in anyway, and I've learned useful information about my kids
