How much should I tip for a $65 hair cut?

I always go to the same person, but only get my hair cut about once a year. I forgo the shampoo and the blow dry, and just get a dry trim (my hair is all one length, so she's just trimming some inches off the bottom. I have always given her a $20.00 tip, but would $15.00 instead be enough, or is that stingy?

$15 is more than 20%, but since you only go once a year, would the extra $5 be that much of a burden?

OP here, Just finished haircut. I called this morning from work to make an apt. and they said they had a cancellation, so could I come in 15 minutes. I ran up the street to get $ out of ATM, but it was broken, and I only had $15 on me. I didn't have time to find another ATM. I will definitely go back to $20 next time. Thanks all!
