Provera alternative/OPK's

I was wondering if any of you know of a Provera alternative....I do not ovulate and in order for me to begin clomid, my doctor has been putting me on Provera for 10 days. This will be my 3rd round of Provera/clomid and I do not want to wait another 10-13 days to start it. Any ideas would be great!

Also, I keep getting positive OPK's but my progesterone levels are always low...anyone else with this problem????
