Does FCPS include SAT/ACT scores on the transcript or other reports?

My dc is considering deleting an old ACT score, but I wanted to make sure that FCPS doesn’t include all test scores on the transcript before we do so. Dc emailed the counselor, but got an “out of the office until mid August” reply

No - there are no test scores on an FCPS transcript. It will have final course grades and the weighted GPA.

PP is right; ACT and SAT scores aren't on any school transcript. These tests are administered by private companies. Your teen will already have online accounts with ACT and the College Board (owns the SAT). Send DC to the ACT site to figure this out. You don't have to "delete" a score--ACT sends the score you choose to the colleges you designate. If DC took the test more than once, DC just tells ACT which score to send. If DC took the ACT once and doesn't want it sent anywhere at all, DC can choose the option to not give ACT any colleges to receive the score.

If DC is trying to stop the ACT organization from sending a score that DC previously said to send out--I'd go online AND phone them ASAP.

Some colleges require that you send all test scores, so it isn’t uncommon for kids to delete ACT scores that aren’t great.
