| I am thinking of starting BBG, including the pretraining weeks, as a postpartum fitness routine. The 3 days of weight training with walking/running days in between soccer Nd like a good match for my schedule, especially the 28 minutes! Has anyone had success with this program post baby? And do you recommend the Sweat app or just the .pdf book? |
