NCIVF: going for baby #2 and looking for encouraging/ success stories!

My husband and I conceived our first baby in 2016 at Dominion using NCIVF. Has anyone gone for baby #2 doing the same thing?
It worked for us the first cycle last time, but my amh has dropped since then. How many tries did it take you to conceive #2? Hopeful, encouraging stories please!!
