I’d sell my soul to keep my cat alive

He’s got renal failure and some kind of blockage preventing things from leaving his stomach . They aren’t certain the cause

I am sorry! I absolutely love my two kitties too!

I am very sorry, OP. Wishing you strength to get you through this time. Kitties are such wondrous beings. It's so hard to let them go, even when we must. Hugs to you.

Oh I'm so sorry, OP. My 19 year-old fur baby had renal failure for 18 months and I just had to put her down on Monday. It was devastating. I will say a prayer for you and hope you are doing ok and that they can help your kitty. Hugs.

Op here: vet thinks but isn’t 100% certain there’s some kind of intestinal tumor preventing the stomach from emptying . I’m getting drunk and going to offer to sell my souls to the devil if that’s what it takes

Stop talking crazy s&it and take him to a different vet.

a radiologist from s different vet came back to my vet and was the one who said it’s either cancer or something else with zero treatment possible but they say they don’t think my cat would survive surgery or chemo now becatse if his kidney issues. They are trying some kind of steroid to see if that can help so maybe he can have a chance but they said the odds aren’t good

So sorry OP. Hope the steroid works!
