I've tried the ones by MBT before. The fit was all wrong and I gave them to my mom who had smaller feet and she couldn't stand them either. So, neither of us ever used them long enough to say if they work, or helped with posture or whatever they claim to do.

op here -- the ads are just everywhere - i'm so surprised no one here (besides PP!) has ever tried them!! maybe that's why they are advertising like crazy.....

I saw Michael Moore wearing them on Leno the other night. I have never tried them.

My boss has them and she wore them to work one day. She normally doesn't wear sneakers to work (I'm a teacher), but she said they were SO comfortable, she couldn't take them off. No idea if they have helped her tone up at all though.
