Question about player cards

Hi this maybe dumb question. this year my ds changed clubs . does he have to request his player card from old team? Or is it just recreated for his new team? also if my son wants to play in extra futsal or indoor in the winter. Does he need to inform his new team and asked to borrow his card to play with a 2nd winter team? Sorry , This is the 1st time we have changed clubs and never had to think about this before.

He will get a new card with new team.

If the indoor/futsal league requires cards. Most don’t.
