I think everything will be just fine. This is normal attrition and the ebb and flow of teams all across the country, with kids graduating, kids not making varsity, and kids not really able to play at the level of the program. It's pretty normal for any high-level sport at an elite high school. Some years you have strong classes, and some years you don’t. It's quite typical for all the area high schools to experience both strong years and weaker years. Really not that deep!

yes compared to the rest of the state of virginia and the rest of the country. It would fit the mold of an elite private HS at $60,000.

It is actually a solid take. Right that it is just not that deep. You’re always trying to make things worse or more diabolical or more diseased than they really are... It’s hard with a lot of competition and a lot of better players out there but lax in the DMV is not easy nor will it be in college.

The 2028s are 5 months away from their recruiting rollercoaster that kicks into high speed in June! I hope many made it to the winter clinics to get on that initial radar!

If you go to a D1 college game this spring is it OK after the game when the coaches just hanging around to go up and introduce yourself and say hi?
