He then said he was concerned someone had taken his family. If you came home to an empty house with an empty safe and you had concerns about the well being of your family, wouldn't you do something besides just go to sleep?

I found that odd at first too, but later he said that when he got up the next morning and the alerts were going off from the bank that's when he opened the safe. I think he was flustered talking about it and said that part too soon. I think he came home to an empty house, thought it was odd but that they were probably out, and went to bed. Then when he woke up and they were still not home he got worried, then the phone alerts, then the safes empty.

I also think he had started to realize what she was really capable of and most people would panic if that stuff was gone but sounds like he knew they weren't really kidnapped, he didn't call the police, he called his mom. He knew she screwed him.

I also found it odd at first, but if you think about it - he said he initially thought his family had been kidnapped, but then when he saw the pictures taken out of the picture frames, it hit him that she was gone. TBH, he probably just shut down. His brain went, "Nope, can't deal with this devastation right now." It was probably more to protect his sanity than anything else. Idk about the rest of you, but if I went out thinking everything was hunky dory and then came home to realize that my spouse of 8 years (they were together longer before they got married though, so let's say 10+) took *everything* from me, including my children and my pets, after everything I'd done to try to support them...I'd be in such total shock that I'd lose it. I would probably just slump to the floor in the spot where I stood and cry myself to sleep. He was probably so overwhelmed by the realization that he just couldn't think to do anything else but go to sleep (probably more like pass out from the shock) and avoid the nightmare. It's not real while you aren't conscious.

Perfect example of a Kane apologist. I mean, you just created an entire scenario based on your own fantasy, but people are trying to pretend the actual facts don't exist. She never left on May 2 or May 3.

Except for the fact that Sam is in school and she would have had to come back for Sam to finish the school year. No way does a student leave school the first weekend of May and then skip a month and a half of school without the school doing something OR without Sam being enrolled somewhere else, which I highly doubt she did that late in the year.

Who's to say that she didn't come back to DC and just not let him see the kids? And, if she was gone for part of May, June, and then most of July (since it's the end of the month), then I'm sure that's why he said "three months." I'm not saying that nothing was exaggerated- but her lawyers would be ALLLLLL over it if he didn't tell the truth, even if it was a stretch.

EXACTLY, she was NOT GONE FOR THREE MONTHS. That's the point! OMG, am I talking to a wall?? plus, Her lawyers WERE all over it, which is why is was wiped clean from any replays. If it was sooo true, he would stand by his 30 minute dialogue and not erase it. I love how people suddenly are pretending like lawyers are the epitome of truth. Is this real life? LMAO

Kane had specifically said he was only talking about this once...That's why it's not on the replay channel. And if lawyers are going to win their case, they have to be ready to stretch the truth, but they can't outright lie. Which is exactly what I said- that I'm sure some parts of what he said were exaggerated and stretched.

Not surprising. They seemed to always have a flirtatious relationship.

The lawyers go by what their client tells them. Stop with this whole "The lawyers knew so it must be true". If they had any sense, they would have known that we haven't even hit 3 months since May 2nd to begin with. They would have seens all the IG posts that prove Natasha was in town May 6, May 10, May 15, etc.. His lawyers clearly suck. Maybe that's why they keep deleting their name on here.

I assumed it wasn't on the podcast because he stated he was not going to discuss it again. .. but you know what is said about those who assume. ..

The problem with the natasha fangirl is she tries to back up her points by attacking other posters. You can hate Peter or hate Natasha but if your way of debating is calling people names you lose all credibility

You can be credible and post facts, and still point out when the fangirls are being idiots ?

A repeat on the podcast would not be him discussing it again.

Intern John posted a pic from a dinner he went to with Kane this weekend. The plate said "Congratulations John and Kane!"

Congrats for what?

eh perhaps. It often seems when someone has no leg to stand on in an argument they resort to insults that have nothing to do with the topic at hand. With that being said, I will agree acting like Kane is a saint is a bit much.

true.. I don't know. I figured it wouldn't be on the podcast but not because "lawyers pulled it". I was thinking it was so emotional he wouldn't want to relive it or have more talking about it. If that was the case it backfired since now everyone that missed it is searching for the audio.
