Summer Private Swim Lessons

| Our pool offers a list of teenagers who offer private swim lessons. Most have years of experience on the swim team and maybe experience teaching group lessons at the pool. Group lesson timing doesn't work for us and we don't want to go back to our old swim school. What's the going rate for private lessons? I'm trying to gauge what is reasonable. Each teen sets their own rates. |

| My DS charges $20 per half hour at our pool. He'd like to charge more, but the adults in charge at our pool have set his rate. He's 17 - has been on the team since he was 6. Is lifeguard certified, WSI certified, has been a coach-in-training with NCAP (Nation's Capital Swim Club) for three years. |

| Same. $20/half hour for high schoolers. The head coaches are $25/half hour |
