ISO: 2 bedroom house for rent starting in November

Anonymous
I am relocating my family to the DC area and am searching for a 2 bedroom place to rent starting November 1st. We are on a very tight budget and have toddlers so access to yard or outdoor play space is key.

Any advice or leads?

Thanks!

Can you be more specific about your budget? There are a couple places in my neighborhood for rent but not sure if they will be within your budget....

OP, you're going to have to say a lot more about what you're looking for, especially budget and location. And then I'm sure we'll have an earful (eyeful?) for you!

Best bet is to seach on DC craigslist. You can put in 2BR and your maximum rent and see what comes up. Then you can come back here for advice on different areas that have places available.

OP we own a two br condo in a great location that is just coming up for rental. We have had tenants there for the last 4 years and they are now buying. It is practically on top of a metro and a play ground, super markets, Whole Foods and fabulous restaurants and stores. It has a pool, gym,two parking spots, a concierge, recreational room with a pool table and a library. It is in a neighborhood with several young families. The cost is $2,200 a month.
Let me know if you need more information.

Where is this located?

Courthouse. That's very close to the Clarendon neighborhood.

It is 3 stops on the metro and 5 minutes drive from down town DC. It's very central.

Here's some houses
for rent in the Parkwood neighborhood of Kensington (also Bethesda), for under $2000. Great neighborhood for families, near the red line:
