I thought I remembered talk that Gray thought he'd have a better chance by running as an independent in the general election, but maybe that's all it was: talk.
Given Bowser's sheer incompetence and the fact that Gray still has a sizable stable of supporters with long memories who think he was done wrong, he'd do better than a lot of people think. |
