Can anyone give suggestions of a (tending toward luxurious side) resort with family suites (1 BR but separated living room pull out OR 2 BR) for any of the following locations over December Christmas holiday week for a vacation with our 2 kids, ages 7 and 9? TIA.

Sunshine Suites in Grand Cayman is not luxurious but it's nice enough.
