Middle & High school - JUUL problem

My daughter has warned me about all the drugs that happen in high school and even in middle school. Is this all true? What would you do if you caught your child vaping or doing another drug?

Lots of drugs at our high school. It was very eye opening for my kid. Drugs were not an issue as far as she could tell at middle school.
