Ones that aren’t 100€ per person and can book a week out.
Thanks |

What do you mean, "must"?
What kind of food do you like? You're not getting haute cuisine for less than 100 euros a person if we're including wines. There are plenty of good quality restaurants where you can dine for 50-80 euros per person for several courses and wines. Lots of online sources for reviews and recommendations. My favorites include La Regalade, Josephine Chez Dumonet, any of the Daniel Rose restaurants (Spring, La Vieille, La Bourse et La Vie), Bistro Paul Bert and Les Papilles. |

PP. Good luck in booking a week out. These are all very popular places.

Bib Gourmand is Michelin's award for good food at reasonable prices. The preparations and the decor will not be as elegant as for the starred restaurants, but the food will be very good. |

one of the best meals we had in paris |

Here are a couple more casual options:
L'As du Fallafel: https://www.yelp.com/biz/l-as-du-fallafel-paris. In the Marais, probably closed Saturday Refuge des Fondus: https://www.yelp.com/biz/refuge-des-fondues-paris More fun for the atmosphere - super crowded and they serve wine in baby bottles Chartier: https://www.yelp.com/biz/bouillon-chartier-paris historical and fun - near L'Opera |
| I've had some amazing laotian-thai food in Paris. |
| Use open table |
Open Table doesn’t have the widest Paris selection. We have better luck with La Fourchette - which has a broader selection and more the restaurants we wanted to try. You can download the app as The Fork in the Apple App Store. I agree with looking for Bib Gourmand restaurants in your budget. |
NP. Ooh! Any recommendations? |
This. The fork is the app they use, not open table. |
