Our tournament fees are included at Potomac Soccer. We pay about $400 for the uniform. Some teams collected a small fee for a team bench and tent. I think we paid $20 our first year.
My son is a goalie so we do have some expenses related to that. If you have a tournament far away, you might have a hotel room. Younger teams don’t travel though. We do pay for some supplemental training. The club offers some free clinics but we pay for privates and camps. |

| The club usually pays the fees for whatever league their teams play in. Expect to pay tournament fees and travel expenses for the coach for out of town tournaments. You will also have your personal travel costs. |

our club included three tournaments in the fees. We paid extra for two other tournaments and indoor soccer. Uniforms ran between $200-600 depending if you wanted extras or any of the cold weather gear.

Ours were in the neighborhood of 350. Included two practice shirts, two practice shorts, two game shirts, two game shorts, two pair of socks, warm up pants, warm up jacket, backpack and soccer ball. Not unreasonable for 350. The uniform cycle lasts two years so you only buy all this stuff every other year (and by the end of the two years, most stuff needs to be replaced because it is too small or it is close to destroyed). |
