New baby/toddler class in NW DC.

Class Description:

Movement, music and yoga poses make up this fun-spirited yoga class for toddlers and parents/caregivers. It will give tots a joyful introduction to yoga and mindfulness while encouraging their creativity and innate yogic nature.

There will also be the opportunity for moms/caregivers to get some relaxation time at the end of class.

The class is based on the principals used at Budding Yogis in DC and we have a wonderful, caring, nurturing teacher to teach the class.

The class will be held on Wednesdays at 11.00am – 11:45am
The class is for crawlers - 24 months.
Oct 14th – Dec 9th
Drop In fee - $15 or register for the whole session.
