I'm curious but their website isn't very informative. They obviously want to get you in the door. It sounds like its a 60 minute class but you might not all use the same equipment at the same time? How does that work?
And ballpark on pricing? |

There are rowing machines, treadmills, and weights (TRX bands, free weights, medicine balls). You rotate bright all of the 3 stations in a 60 minute workout. There’s 1 coach and a tv screen to guide you through the workouts. Usually 24 people at a time. You wear a heart rate monitor and everyone’s %’s are projected on a screen. So you try to fit into certain colored zones like the orange zone (hence the name).
Pricing varies, but I was paying $100/month to go 8/month. I got in before it opened though, so it was a cheaper price. Do a free class! They are super nice. |
| I do OTF once per week. I like to do different kinds of outdoor exercise but I love the intensity of OTF and the fact that no workout is ever the same. |
