anyone tried the orangetheory workout?

I'm curious but their website isn't very informative. They obviously want to get you in the door. It sounds like its a 60 minute class but you might not all use the same equipment at the same time? How does that work?

And ballpark on pricing?

There are rowing machines, treadmills, and weights (TRX bands, free weights, medicine balls). You rotate bright all of the 3 stations in a 60 minute workout. There’s 1 coach and a tv screen to guide you through the workouts. Usually 24 people at a time. You wear a heart rate monitor and everyone’s %’s are projected on a screen. So you try to fit into certain colored zones like the orange zone (hence the name).

Pricing varies, but I was paying $100/month to go 8/month. I got in before it opened though, so it was a cheaper price.

Do a free class! They are super nice.

I do OTF once per week. I like to do different kinds of outdoor exercise but I love the intensity of OTF and the fact that no workout is ever the same.
