Man: all white - pants and tunic type top. Hat fitted close to skull. Woman: dress to ankles, white, flowy Boy: dress pants (black or khaki, can't remember which), short-sleeve button down shirt buttoned all the way up to the top button, BOW TIE Nation of Islam? I've done a bunch of searching online and this seems like the closest match but I'm not sure it was right. |

Or their religion from their bow tie. I would guess Central Asian or Middle Eastern he close fitting hat and flowing clothes, which means they could be Muslim, but the outfits you describe on the adults are likely cultural, not religious, and buttoning up your shirt when you wear a tie is common across most cultures. |

Excuse me? As a Japanese, I take offense you would mention the two in the same sentence. The clothes OP describes are nothing like the Japanese Shinto spiritual practice.
