CPAP for 2.5 year old?

Anyone have experience with teaching a child this young to use a CPAP? And how do you (100%) ensure they don't twisting and turn so much that the air tube gets wrapped around their neck? I'm an adult that uses a CPAP so I realize that's very unlikely but any chance (no matter how small) seems hard to swallow with a child this young.
