Toca is more competitive than MSI rec since they play in MSI Classic. Of course, there are plenty of independent teams also playing MSI Classic, some stronger and some weaker. MSI does have a travel division that is more competitive. Potomac is travel. It’s more competitive although there’s a development program at young ages. The most similar to Toca is Brit Am.
