Parents take 30 year old son to court to evict him from their house

I feel so sorry for those parents. What a D-bag their son is. What a great catch for the ladies!

http://www.syracuse.com/crime/index.ssf/2018/05/judge_praises_adult_sons_legal_research_boots_him_from_parents_house_anyway.html

Syracuse, NY -- State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood tried everything he could today to convince a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' Camillus house on his own.

But after half an hour of back-and-forth, primarily between the son, Michael Rotondo, and the judge, the judge had had enough:

Rotondo would have to move out, the judge ruled. He also ordered adult protective services to investigate, expressing concern about what was going on.

That order capped a surreal 30-minute court appearance in which Rotondo didn't deny that his parents had given him multiple orders to leave their 408 Weatheridge Drive home. But Rotondo wasn't going to leave without a legal battle.

When asked if he considered spending as much time looking for a new place to live as fighting the eviction, Rotondo replied that he wasn't ready to leave home.

Asked how he interacted with his parents under the same roof, Rotondo said there were no incidents, but that he did not talk to his parents. When asked if he lived in the basement, Rotondo replied in a bedroom.

I saw this article yesterday. How horrible. I don't know how it got to that, but I'm sure a lot of enabling has been going on for some time. Is he an only? Can't remember if there were siblings. Would definitely leave everything to charity, not to him.

Read the other article within. The guy has weapons. These people do not want to be shot by a man child. Can you blame them? They have worked hard for what they have, and should be enjoying it.

Without a doubt NOTHING should/would go to that dead beat. He is an entitled pr!ck. My bet is that he is an only, and is taking his "expectations" too far. PP here.

Holy Crap, he has a kid. Someone actually hooked up with this guy?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5759301/Deadbeat-millennial-tells-parents-sought-evict-home.html

In an interview with DailyMail.com after the hearing, Michael said that his issues with his parents, Mark and Christina, are tied to his custody battle over his son.

Michael says he lost custody of his son, whose age he wouldn't disclose, back in September. The boy now lives with his mother full time, who Michael says he was never married to, or in a relationship with.

EXACTLY:

He also claims he’s “never been expected to contribute to household expenses, or assisted with chores and the maintenance of the premises.”

“This is simply a component of his living agreement with the petitioners,” he wrote in response to his mom’s suit.

In a redacted filing, Michael said he runs his own “successful” business, calling it “the overwhelmingly superior choice for the [his] economic well being over the working of a full-time job.”

He apparently has a younger sister.

If I were his parent I would be worried about retaliation. This guy has "active shooter" written all over him.

The parents, grandchild, baby mama, judge should all be extra vigilant. He’s not going to accept losing.

They should sell their house and move to a nice one bedroom condo in Florida.

I definitely think they should consider selling and moving without telling where they are going. My middle brother had to be evicted from my dad’s. My dad was shocked some months later to come home after a trip to find my brother in his new place. My brother looks like a younger version of my dad so he had no trouble talking the neighbor entrusted with the key into letting him in so he could “water the plants”.

WTH with the "only" bashing?? Whether he was or wasn't, this went way deeper than that.
