| Blue, white, and green ... what do they mean? |
| Different levels like every other travel club. Based on ability/talent in a perfect world. Based on politics and nepotism in a not so perfect world. It depends on the Club which model is followed. |
U12 and below = Blue top, then White, then Green U13 and above= ECNL top, then Blue, White then Green |
No, that's just plain wrong. U12 and below it goes: Pre-Academy 1 Pre-Academy 2 Blue Green White Black Over U12: Academy Blue Green White |
|
9:06 is correct for girls.
10:31 is correct for boys. Also, it is on the website. |
| is orange the lowest team? (when they have an orange team) |

For girls yes. So on the younger girls (u10-u12) side anything below white is going to be a crap shoot. The white can have a wide range of talent(the difference between the top players and the less developed ones) and can be frustrating for some of the skilled players. Ask where your practices will be held. It’s important to know. Also communication with BSC staff is horrible. They rarely return emails. There are a lots of options in MoCo and NW DC. |
| How many boys try out for Bethesda soccer for each age group? |
| Is the order of the teams listed the rank (best to least)? Or is orange always the lowest? |
| In U9 and U10 this year it is DA1, DA2, Blue, Orange, Green Red. |
| The order on the website is best to worst team. |
Something's off. On the web site the bottom colors are not in the same order. Some years there is white and some years no white. U8 Blue Green White Orange U10 A1 A2 Blue Orange Green Red |
|
It’s not totally consistent year to year. The orange team may get better one year and move above green and rather than changing colors they keep the team mostly together.
Follow the order on the website which is usually posted before tryouts for next season |
| Blue is not the highest. It is third after Academy 1/academy 2. |
