Hotels in Carribean or Mexico where kids club starts at 3?

| I want DS, who is almost 3, to be able to hang with his older cousins on a family vacation we aim to take over Xmas while the adults get a break. Any suggestions on a hotel with the kids club that starts at three? Bonus points if it somewhere warm in the winter, all inclusive, and/or a Marriott. |

| Dominican Republic these and they are all inclusive. THe Paradisus brand has a couple resorts with early. Kids clubs. There are others. |

| Club Med, but not sure the ages can mix, depending on the age spread. |

| Club med had a really awesome kids club starting at 2 or younger. We're also planning to go to sandos caracol eco resort - not sure about three year olds but looks like a good resort for kids. |
