I’ve been a regular at three different gyms over the years, and each had different degrees of this. The horniest gym I was at had a lot of different trainers and there was a locked room with a sofa upstairs where the trainers used to hook up with clients and regulars.

This was a large big box gym in Tysons.

I suspect it happens at my gym. It’s a large one with many regulars who have gotten quite friendly. Personally, I’ve been hit on/asked out more than once. FYI - I’m a F, age 43, and work out for two hours each morning.

some of the smartest dating advice I've ever seen. And highly actionable.

But you would have to choose carefully which exact guy you hooked up with...you could flirt with everybody but if you hooked up with more than a few you'd end up becoming a gym scandal and you'd have to move on to the next gym for dating prospects.
