Daycare for 15 mo old in Arlington/E.Fall Church Metro

We are adopting a child from Russia. Will need full time day care in January 2010 for a 17 mo old w/ likely delays and a need to be immersed in English. Where do we begin? If you know of any good day cares or home care providers, or have any tips or advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

What sort of range per hour are you able to afford?

Range per hour is flexible, but she is used to being around many kids so if possible we want a day care center; not a home environment. We want caretakers who will speak English to her so she'll learn English quickly. . . not confuse her w/ too many new languages. Ultimately we want a Montessori school, but it seems as though that is not an option till she's 30 months.
