VA Public Univerisities

I’m sure this has been mentioned before, but can someone provide the rankings of the va public univerisities. Have they changed a lot over the years ?

I would rank in tiers

W&M and UVA
VT, JMU
GMU CNU VCU (but bump GMU up one for engineering or CS)
Radford, ODU, UMW
everything else

And JMU is pretty limited for engineering and therefore only in the third rank if there is any chance of an engineering major.

On an overall basis, JMU is not on the same level as VA Tech at least from an admissions statistics perspective. (Yes, I realize that's no the only measure. But, it is one of the few objective measures.)
